Hi there! I’m Sam Hollasch. Welcome to my portfolio website! I’m a designer, illustrator and digital artist.
My work is largely inspired by my passion for astronomy and ecology, as well as creative storytelling.
Current Projects
HERCULES
My apparel studio project, wherein I designed a gender-neutral and androgynous clothing collection, to allow the user to express their personality and gender through their chosen garments.
Off World
My ongoing series of illustrations which document the travels of a pair of cosmic explorers. With each illustration I present myself with new challenges and goals in order to enhance my illustration skill.
Space & stuff
A large part of my work is inspired by astronomy and cosmology. I enjoy creating speculative pieces which illustrate the possibilities of space travel, and the ways in which life may exist in the universe. My work in industrial design is heavily inspired in this way as well, as I try to create representations of the cosmos in everyday objects.
